This website is a plain information page for a digital ebook. We collect as little personal data as possible. No cookies are set for analytics or advertising purposes, and no tracking or audience-measurement tools are used.

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit the page, the host processes technically necessary access data (e.g. shortened IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) to deliver the website and to ensure IT security.

• Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
• Processor: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — transfer to the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Fonts

This website uses locally embedded fonts. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts or other external font services; no connection to third-party servers is made when the page loads.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request (Article 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

6. Buying the ebook

The purchase is processed by an external payment and delivery provider. When you buy, the data required for this (e.g. email address, payment details) is processed by that provider under its own responsibility or as our processor. Specific details on the payment provider and its privacy notice are added as the sales channel is finalised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
